- Heat 50ml of oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat.
- Add 50g of Kabo Kolhapuri Masala — half a pack, about 2–3 tablespoons. Stir quickly to release the aroma.
- Add 225g of chicken, lamb, veg, paneer or potatoes, cut into pieces, and stir to coat.
- Stir in enough water to cook it, lower the heat and simmer until cooked.
- Adjust the sauce to how you like it, add salt to taste, and finish with curry leaves or chopped coriander.
Prefer it milder? Use a little less blend, or stir in some cream or coconut milk.
Makes 2 serves. Use the full 100g pack with 450g of meat or veg for 4 serves.
Serve hot with flat bread or rice.

How hot is this blend?
This one is rated Extra Hot. Want it milder? Use a little less blend, or finish with coconut milk or yoghurt.
Is it gluten free?
Our blends are made without gluten ingredients. They're packed in a facility that may also handle gluten, so we don't label them gluten-free.
How much is shipping?
