Hi, I’m Ajith, chef and founder of Kabo Eats. I grew up in Kochi, Kerala, where food was about more than just eating, it was about connection, culture, and comfort. Moving to Australia, I noticed people loved Indian flavours but often found them too hard or too complicated to cook at home. That’s when the idea for Kabo was born: authentic flavours, simplified for modern Aussie kitchens. Every blend you see is inspired by the meals I grew up with, but crafted to be easy, clean, and stress-free.
